Quixotic Evil

I had NoScript installed once, but un-installed it as there's just too many sites that use Javascript extensively. I use it quite a bit too, you can't comment on the LWT without it being active, or see my linklist, etc.

I don't run it religiously (otherwise it would be on more than one of the four Firefox installations I routinely use). It is interesting to see where the scripts are from though.

Using JavaScript for form validation is fair enough, as is consuming third-party content sources with it (as a purist I'd like to see it done server-side, but I should be grateful that not everyone can manage that).
What annoys me is when the page isn't usable without JavaScript: when they've built essential content client side even though it should have been available on the server, or when they've scripted the navigation and not provided a fallback.
