What are you whinging about how? And what are you playing atm? Haven't seen you in EVE and would try to tempt you back to LOTRO for monster play against the rest of the gang.

I'm not whinging, so much as thinking aloud.

And I'm not playing anything at the moment. EVE got dull on about day 3, when I realised that I was mining in order to make more money in order to mine better.

LotRO against the others could be fun.

EVE mining is dull as ditchwater. Fortunately these days you don't need to start out mining to make money and combat is viable from early on. If you want to give it another go, let me know as I'm playing around in there and have another 6 weeks or so left on my account

My trial account just ran out, and I although it has some lovely ideas the prospect of consigning myself to either hiding in secure areas (and never joining a corporation that might have war declared against it) or being blown up every few minutes makes me unlikely to start a real account.
