Those of you who've been following the 'Trial Expires in n Days' posts will know that for some time now, I've been doing many things other than working on the remix of NIN's Only that I decided to work on once I found that the source loops were available online.

So, given that I'm clearly not going to do any more work on it, and they say that creative work is never finished, only abandoned, here is the semi-final abandonment of the Only remix that I'm referring to as Imaginative Masochism, for reasons that should be fairly obvious once you can get inside my head.

And for that reason you may wish it to remain obscure. Probably safer that way.

Note that it's a mix of the album version, and so contains explicit lyrics. I'm not going to make a radio edit...

Anyway, when I downloaded the stuff in the first place I kind of agreed to sign up for an account at myspace.com so that the remixes could all be available in one place, so if you like what you hear feel free to pop over to my pages there and rank it so that more people might be tempted to subject themselves to it. (The track won't be available there for a little while, because they're fiddling with the mechanism that moves things from the upload server onto the streaming server, or something...)

More important to me though is some feedback from real people, so I'd really appreciate some comments. So far the only reaction I have is that it's 'eerie'. Which I think is a compliment, considering.
