IT Manager taps in a query, browses the portion of table he's spent the last day and a half recalculating.
"Boss, what do you expect the name to be on this account?"
MD looks thoughtful for a moment, musing over the numbers he'd asked for.
"It's the wrong number, isn't it? This one is definitely right, that's the big account, I'm not sure what their second account number is." IT Manager has his face in his hands. "Does that mean you've just spent two hours recalculating the wrong account?"
"Not in so many words. It's more like two days."
