After she said such nice things about my non-technical posts, I'm mindful that I've been giving Annie and those like her (smart people with real-world jobs rather than techie ones) very little to read.

While I float around looking for interesting things (having finally accepted that they're unlikely to happen to me while I sit and wait for them [the jury's out on whether I actually want interesting things, but still]), have a read of 'The BigBook Technique' at O'Reilly, which I stumbled across courtesy of 43 Folders.
